    We offer a range of residential cleaning services including basic cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleanings, and Airbnb turnovers. All of our services are eco-friendly and can be customized to meet the unique needs of your home.



  • 🕒 When do you offer your services?

    We offer cleaning services Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

    Saturdays are available with limited availability and by request. Just let us know what works best for you, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

    Yes, Broom & Shine Co. is fully insured for your peace of mind. We understand how important it is to feel safe when inviting someone into your home, which is why we take every step to ensure our services are reliable, respectful, and protected. Our insurance coverage helps provide an extra layer of trust and security — so you can relax, knowing your home is in good hands.

  • 🧽 Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

    Yes, we bring our own cleaning supplies and professional equipment to every appointment to ensure a consistent and efficient service. You don't need to provide anything unless you prefer we use a specific product.

    Absolutely! We use eco-friendly and non-toxic products by default, which are safe for families, pets, and people with allergies. If you have sensitivities or special requests, just let us know — we’re happy to accommodate.

    We proudly serve cleaning clients in: Superior, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie, Broomfield, Boulder, Arvada, Westminster, Longmont, Aurora, Northglenn, Federal Heights, Thornton, Brighton, Commerce City, and Denver (including Cherry Creek & Washington Park).

    We may also offer service in nearby suburbs within the greater Denver–Aurora area — just ask if your location isn’t listed!



  • 🧽 Can I request a customized cleaning plan based on my specific needs?


    Absolutely! We understand that every home is different, so we’re happy to create a personalized cleaning plan that fits your lifestyle, preferences, and priorities. Just let us know what you need — we’ll work with you to make it happen.



  • 📅 How far in advance should I book my cleaning?


    To help us accommodate your preferred day and time, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. This gives us enough time to plan and ensure your home gets the care and attention it deserves.


    That said, we know that life happens — and we’ll always do our best to fit in last-minute or urgent requests based on our availability. Feel free to reach out anytime, even on short notice, and we’ll see how we can help!

  • 🧼 What’s the difference between a standard cleaning and a deep cleaning?

    Standard Cleaning

    Our standard cleaning is designed for regular upkeep. It includes essential tasks like vacuuming, mopping, light dusting, wiping down surfaces, and cleaning kitchens and bathrooms. This service helps maintain a clean and tidy space week to week — perfect for clients who already have a consistent routine in place.


    Deep Cleaning

    A deep cleaning goes beyond the basics. It’s a more detailed and intensive service that targets areas that tend to be missed during standard cleanings — like baseboards, door frames, cabinet fronts, interior windows, corners, and buildup in hard-to-reach places. This service is ideal for homes that haven’t been cleaned in a while, or if you’re just getting started with us.


    At Broom & Shine Co., we recommend starting with a deep clean for all new clients. It gives us a fresh foundation to maintain your home with regular standard visits moving forward.

  • 🏠Can I be home during the cleaning? Do I need to be there?

    You’re welcome to be home during the cleaning, but it’s not required. Many of our clients prefer to provide us with access instructions and enjoy returning to a freshly cleaned space. Either way, we’ll follow your preferences and keep you informed.

Pricing & Payment

  • 💳 What forms of payment do you accept?

    We currently accept credit cards, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, and cash.

    Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise arranged. If you'd like to leave a tip, we can also add it to your card upon request.

  • 💳 When will I be charged?

    New clients: Payment is required upfront. A payment link will be sent 1–2 days before your appointment, or you can pay cash when cleaners arrive.

    Returning clients: Payment is due upon service completion.


    We’ll always confirm payment details with you before the service, and we’re happy to answer any questions!

  • 🔁 What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

    We completely understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.


    Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee, especially for one-time or first-time cleanings. For full details, feel free to check our terms or contact us directly — we’re happy to help!



  • ✨ Do you offer any discounts or special promotions?

    Yes! We offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), as well as seasonal promotions throughout the year.

  • 💸 Do I need to leave a tip?

    Tipping is never expected, but always appreciated. If you feel that our team provided outstanding service and you'd like to show your appreciation, you're welcome to leave a tip.


    Tips can be given in cash or added digitally — just let us know, and we can include it in your payment. 100% of tips go directly to your cleaner. That said, there’s absolutely no pressure — your satisfaction is our top priority.
